Our support team provides best-in-class service and support to our growing customer base while meeting or exceeding our service level agreements defined by our business requirements. We’re highly focused on customer retention and loyalty, and we work hard to build systems and structures to reduce costs related to process inefficiencies.
About the role:
We’re looking for a RMA/Account Coordinator who is accurate, organized, self-motivated, and eager to provide superior service to internal and external customers. This individual would be responsible for moving returns and repairs quickly through the system, and enabling/disabling software for customers. This position reports to the RMA Manager and will work closely with Support, Manufacturing, Finance and Logistics. Note: This will start off as a 3-month contract with opportunities for extension or conversion.
