Business Recruiter

About the role:

We are seeking a talented Recruiter to conduct full-cycle recruiting efforts across our Go-To-Market and G&A teams. Your initial focus will be Sales and Customer Success, and will stretch and expand from there as business priorities evolve. 

As a full-cycle recruiter, you will operate as a consultative partner to hiring managers & interview teams, develop hiring strategies to build high-performing teams, and consistently deliver an exceptional candidate experience. PLEASE NOTE: We’ve returned to the office 3 days a week in San Mateo, California. 

How you’ll make an impact:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Build relationships and work with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and team goals
• Source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, and market research
• Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically
• Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
• Leverage data and report on key recruiting metrics and provide data-driven, actionable insights

Requirements:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for GTM, G&A, and/or Operations teams in a high-performance environment
• Thoughtful communicator with exceptional ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders
• Experience using a variety of recruiting tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Teamable, Greenhouse, etc.)
• Experience sourcing for passive candidates using creativity and persistence to secure the attention of hard-to-reach talent
• Attention-to-detail with the ability to strike a delicate balance between results and process in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Team-first mentality with a strong track record and contagious enthusiasm for learning and trying new things
• Ability to commute to our San Mateo, CA Headquarters at least 3 days per week

Nice-to-have:

• Experience partnering with and building high-performing Sales teams
• Combination of in-house and agency experience

Salary Range: The annual base salary range for this position is $112,000 - $150,000*. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. In addition to base salary, Skydio full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our benefit plans and take advantage of a variety of incentives and stipends.
