About the role:

The Go-To-Market Strategy Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing strategic pricing and modeling, and communicating business value (ROI) for Skydio’s customers. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with the go-to-market, product, finance, and operations teams to calibrate business development with customer insights and market realities. 

How you’ll make an impact: 

  • Engage with every stakeholder in the ecosystem: customers, technology partners, dealers, investors, engineers, manufacturing teams, product managers, and more to better shape Skydio’s go-to-market strategy
  • Drive cross-functional work streams that generate customer-facing changes to Skydio’s products, selling motions, and operations
  • Conduct market research analysis to inform pricing decisions and ensure competitiveness in both domestic and international markets
  • Maintain and update price sheets and systems, ensuring that all pricing information is accurate and accessible across departments
  • Generate regular reports on pricing trends, margin analysis, and market activities for senior management
  • Equip Skydio’s customers with straightforward, personalized value stories that structure ambiguous customer problems with detailed research and analysis
  • Communicate value quantitatively through return on investment analyses and qualitatively, with targeted contextual considerations
  • Partner closely with sales and customer success to build processes that help us maintain close customer relationships and ensure success
  • Take a proactive approach to problem-solving, seamlessly transitioning from big-picture strategic planning to detailed tactical execution. Be prepared to dive deep into the details to overcome challenges

What would make you a good fit: 

  • 3+ years independently driving cross-functional work streams - managing multiple stakeholders and keeping all steps documented from strategy through implementation
  • 3+ years experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or in a strategic role at a high-growth startup
  • Previous experience with designing and implementing pricing & packaging initiatives and/or value engineering
  • High proficiency in Excel: ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • A passion for speaking with - and learning from - customers
  • An advanced degree or an MBA a plus, but not required
  • Hardware experience a plus, but not required

Compensation Range: The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000-$155,000. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. In addition to base salary, Skydio full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our benefit plans and take advantage of a variety of incentives and stipends.
