Tulsa Fire Department deploys drones for disaster response, search and rescue

Synopsis

Tulsa Fire Department (TFD) deploys aerial drones in response to disasters such as flooding and tornadoes for damage assessment as well as rescue operations. TFD frequently is called to emergency incidents to also assist with vantage points unattainable by responders on the ground and with thermal imagery to assist during firefighting.
