About the role:

Skydio isn’t just a drone company, we seek to ensure our products and valuable mission data is integrated into technology partners and customer solutions to support scaling their operations.

Because our Skydio Global Government team supports a broad range of customers and use cases (e.g. tactical ISR, mapping, inspection, surveying, search & rescue, public safety), we aim to deliver end-to-end solutions that seamlessly integrate into 3rd party solutions or workflows.

You’ll manage our growing ecosystem of B2B technology partners and customers who are integrating Skydio products to create effective, use-case driven solutions. As part of this process, you’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams to improve our integration & developer offerings based upon partner or customer feedback.

This is a very impactful role which offers the opportunity to build and grow Skydio’s technology partner ecosystem which ultimately drives value and adoption with customers.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Establish and maintain B2B relationships with technology partners that improve integration and/or connectivity between their solution and Skydio products.  
  • Understand how Skydio’s products + a specific tech partner integration can bring joint use cases to life for customers.
  • Document high value integration use cases and requirements between Skydio & Partner Solutions based on customer feedback + talking to Skydio’s Sales,  Solution Engineering & Support Teams.
  • Develop customer-facing demonstrations and material to showcase how Skydio & partner solutions work together to provide increased customer value. 
  • Provide feedback to the product & engineering team about how partners are using and want to use Skydio products to help inform our product roadmap.

What makes you a good fit:

  • 7-10 years of proven success working as a technical program manager, customer or partner facing professional at a drone-adjacent technology or consulting company.
  • Hands on experience with Government and military customers and tech partners supporting joint integrated solutions 
  • Solution-oriented mindset - enjoy finding creative solutions to technical problems.
  • Intimately understands end-to-end workflows in one or more of the following use-cases: organic ISR, remote sensing & survey and mapping, critical infrastructure inspection with digital tools, defense or civil base security.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Dedicated team player who strives to enable others to do their best work. 
  • A passion for speaking with -- and learning from -- partners and customers.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally to meet partners and customers up to 40%.

Compensation Range: The annual base salary range for this position is $144,500 - $182,250*. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. In addition to base salary, Skydio full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our benefit plans and take advantage of a variety of incentives and stipends.
